Will I see a lion?
Gir has a healthy, growing lion population and sighting odds are good; the Devalia zone adds a near-certain backup.
When is Gir open?
Mid-October to mid-June; closed in the monsoon.
Nearest airport?
Diu and Rajkot are closest; Junagadh is the nearest town. We arrange transfers.
