A trip is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received and we issue a written confirmation. Payment schedules, cancellation and refund terms for each trip will be shared with your quote before you pay.
You are responsible for valid identification, passports, visas and any required permits. We provide guidance and documentation support, but visa approval and entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
ZaraTrips acts as a coordinator between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, parks and airlines). We are not liable for delays, closures, weather, wildlife sighting outcomes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
